אתה יכול להוריד מהאתר שלהם באמצעות החשבון שלך את החשבונית. אני מבין שהם שלחו לך אותה, תשלח למייל שלי את המסמכים שיש לך, אוכל לזהות עבורך את המסמך שמשמש כחשבונית. |

The claim form and the invoice is all the information on the order that we have to send out. The invoice and the claim form is normally all that is needed to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement.

I have in my hand a receipt : acknowledgment that a specified that a payment has been received. Since my order is entered directly on your web site, I think the invoice is similar to a order form that produced to the warehouse.
